Spring 2004 major engineering works
The following works are taking place through the
Spring 2004 timetable period
WEST MIDLANDS
- Hagley Road (Castle and Swan Lines) ongoing
tracklaying will affect Castle and Swan Line services
- Bristol Road (Star Line) installation of
traffic priority systems will affect Star Line services
- Moseley Road (Moseley Line) tracklaying
will continue through the Autumn
EAST MIDLANDS
- between Attenborough and Kirk Hallam
services will be suspended over two weekends for preliminary work on electrification
LONDON AND SOUTH EAST
- between Tonbridge and Hastings services
beyond Tonbridge will be suspended every evening and all day at the weekends
as part of the Southern Region power supply upgrade
